With roots planted in early 80's metal, Against Their Will, better known as ATW, has their own unique sound that is being recognized by North Carolina's major music scenes. ATW is currently opening for National Bands across the East Coast as well as preparing to go overseas for a USO tour. ATW has just released their debut album "Dawn of the Black Sun" which features 12 original tracks and released a "Tribute" album called "Tribute to the Troops" which has 3 original tracks written just for the military. Against Their Will has played with bands such as Powerman 5000, Papercut Massacre, Ekotren, Flaw and many others. They were crowned Carolina's Pure Rock 105.5 "People's Choice" band in 2009 and also won the Redphish Music Battle of the Bands at the Wilson County Fair in 2009.
